As many of you know, Tower Records never said exactly how many people would receive the “Pre-Order Popaganda and get a signed booklet” deal. Many of us were hit with this following e-mail from them yesterday:

The truth: They were only supposed to limit the promotion to the first 250 pre-purchasers. Unfortunately, they didn’t do this. They kept the promotion up until the day before Popaganda came out, deceiving a large amount of fans.

Fortunately Head Automatica’s management company Freeze Management has informed me that they’re going to resolve this issue for the pre-orderers who aren’t receiving the signed booklets. They’re requesting the denial list from Tower and Head Automatica will sign you a copy and have it mailed out to you!

So there you have it, all pre-orderers will receive a signed copy thanks to Head Automatica and Freeze Management.
