Today is the first tour date of Glassjaw’s “fucking tour 2006″. They’re in Nashville Tennessee as a supporting act for the Deftones.

I just came from the mother fuckin’ show! OMG! Glassjaw! I barely got in for I didn’t know that the show was a camel show in which they only allow room capacity in. My friend had a friend, which in turn had another friend that was toward the front of the line, much closer to the door than I and the friend I came with. This was a good thing since had it not been for that I might not have been typing you the lovely report. It was like an angel poo-ed heavenly fantastic poo all over me.

I can’t hear a god damn thing from listening to Chino’s bitch screams all night. But, the good thing is that Glassjaw played first! OMG (did I say that yet)! Daryl still looks like a recovering crack addict, but it did not look as if his disease was affecting him any. Manuel Carrero needs to practice more and get his equipment figured out. He was a bit time consuming. He ate up time messing with his effect boards (something by his feet; couldn’t see) and tuning his bass, and after almost every song he had to ask Justin something about the song coming up. Despite the technical problems, the band did a crazy time signature job as to be expected.

Daryl was on motha fuckin’ point! That man does not miss a beat it is like he is endowed with an anger to spit amongst his follower (us) for their orgasmic viewing pleasure. He looks great! He has a beard, which I have never seen him with. His stage presence was a bit different from when I had first seen them in 2001, but he was still very active. I can’t wait for the new Glassjaw album and I will buy the first one that hits the shelf! I hope everyone of you gets to see them on this fuckin’ tour. Glassjaw shows are so great because the market is not flooded with them year after year…after year. They are few and far between and if I shall die tomorrow I will say this to whoever is floating around me, “I saw Glassjaw BITCHES!”

Just got home from Nashville today. I drove hours from PA, so I’m going to make this short. The show was absolutely amazing!!! So you think you’re John Fucking Lennon is unreal. The best way I can describe it is it is similar to tip your bartender. Great opener. It is extremely heavy in the verses, and has a somewhat catchy chorus with Daryl singing(no screaming). It seemed pretty long to, I thought it was an intro but I new better when I heard the chorus. Now this could just be me being excited, but words cannot describe how good this song is!!!!!! I can’t wait to attend these other shows just to hear. The band was spectacular, and intense, but at the same time they were having so much fun, even beck!!! It was great to see, and cool merch too!!! Any more questions i’ll check back in the morning!!!! GLASSJAW IS 100% definatley maybe back, and I couln’t be happier!!!!
