It was exactly 45 minutes.
They went on 15 minutes before the set time (which got Deftones on exactly at 10pm after the 2 songs about weed in a non smoking venue LOL)They didn’t play Cosmopolitan Blood Loss, which is upsetting since it was a single.
This was the first time I got to see them live… Definitely rad. The sound guy that they have (actually, Deftones’ sound guy) was TERRIBLE (even during Deftones). Regardless, the playing was dead on.
Daryl didn’t talk much. In fact, he made it a point to tell everyone that he wasn’t going to and he was going to “cut the talk and bring the rock… out with our cocks out.”I was disappointed in the crowd’s reaction to them… Unless it’s just a quiet room. I figured people would be way more stoked to see them than they were. Nevertheless, a good portion of the crowd sang along with every word. However, it was very obvious that the crowd was strongly a Deftones crowd.
Justin Beck ran their merch which was rad. They even had a tip jar. Shirts (1 design, 4 colors?) were $20, hat (1 design) $25, hoodies (2 designs) $45, stickers were $2, I think. Honestly though, their merch designs suck (IMO). I’ll just buy older merch from their merchdirect store.
All in all, totally worth the 3 hour drive from Wichita, Ks.

Glassjaw was beyond words how awesome they were. So fucking beautiful, so dead on. Seems like they played kind of short, but it was nice that they came on about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to come on. My first time seeing them, and hopefully not the last. Can’t remember the set list, but The Gillette Cavalcade of Sports was unbelievable
